Where do you provide your services? 

Australia-wide! Most advice is provided over the phone or by video-conference.

We can remotely control your Windows PC using tools such as Microsoft Quick Assist, Chrome Remote Desktop or Zoom (with your permission). 

Using Zoom you can also share your Smartphone screen.

We can do on site service calls in Melbourne, however travel costs apply. Selected locations only.  

When can you help me?

Subject to availability, we service our clients 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm. Additional charges may apply for services provided outside of normal business hours.

What platforms do you advise on?

All major platforms including Windows and Mac computers, Android smartphones, iPhones and iPads. 

What if you can't assist with my query?

Occasionally we may not be able to provide "on the spot" advice. In these cases, we can offer to research solutions and respond in due course. 

What is the form of your advice?

Most of the time we will provide verbal advice and instructions. We often find it helpful to demonstrate solutions by remote control of your computer. We can provide written advice however this will be charged at our usual rates. 

We encourage you to keep notes of discussions with us for your reference as often we find people ask for the same advice multiple times. 

What is your pricing? 

Remote services: $125 for the first hour and $55 for every 30 minutes thereafter. $40 for short calls less than 15 minutes.*

Onsite call out fee: $25     (where available)

• No charge for enquiries from new clients (up to 15 minutes)

• Reduced rates for seniors

• Pre-paid retainer services available on request

• 30 minutes free advice for referrals

• Quotes provided for larger jobs

• Rates subject to change. We accept payments via bank transfer, cash or secure credit card facility.
